200 ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of frozen berries
1 scoop of Good Whey Summer Strawberry protein powder
A few drops of agave nectar
Add the frozen berries to almond milk and let them defrost for a while, and then whizz it with a hand blender.
Add two tablespoons of Good Whey and agave nectar and whizz it thoroughly again.
Pour it in a nice glass and enjoy it for anytime of the day, especially post work-out! Bon appetite!
