Chocolate cookie crumble topped with a berry “nice cream”

‘Chocolate cookie crumble’ leftovers and loosely packed it in the base of serving dish. (see recipe down below )
Then prepared nice cream in my power blender ( use a food processor if you don’t have one)…
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 large frozen banana in pieces.
1/2 tsp. Maqui berry powder.
A few frozen blueberries.
Stevia to taste (or preferred sweetener) – Frozen berries quite often are sour.
-When mixing frozen fruit, one has to stop and start a few times to scrape down the edges until it begins to mix on it’s own. Only add the smallest amount of water if your machine is struggling too much.

When nicely mixed and resembles an ice cream type texture, spoon onto crumble layer, decorate and eat immediately.
