For Coffee Liquor:
2 cups Everclear
1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
1/2 cup whole coffee beans
2 ounces coffee liquor
1 cup silk dark chocolate almond milk
1 cup coffee
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1-2 cups ice
- To make the coffee liquor, combine Everclear with ground coffee beans and whole coffee beans in a jar that can be closed and is air-tight. Swirl around to stir and leave at room temperature for at least 2 days, but preferably 5. Give it a little shake every day.
- When you are ready to make the drink, combine the drink ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is chopped and the drink is slushy.
- Pour evenly between two glasses and serve immediately.
