Changing the name of the game: 

 Yeah Glamour Guilty is trying a new challenge😬🤗

3*week Cardio  30 minutes (1 min walk/ 1 min run) 

3*week: Weights upper body – 20 pull ups – 20 military press – 20 bench press – 30 push ups and 30 abs (3 times non stopping)

3*week: lower body – 30 lounges – 30 calf raise – 30 squats and 50 push ups or Abs! 3 times and non stopping!
