Veggie Wraps with Quinoa

Serves: 1 serving

 

Ingredients

1 brown rice tortilla

2 tablespoons hummus

¼ cup cooked quinoa (I used rainbow)

1 small carrot, grated

½ small cucumber, sliced

¼ avocado, sliced

1 handful greens

Instructions

Assemble the ingredients inside the wrap in the order listed. Roll it up and enjoy!
