Weight-Loss Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 pear

1 kiwi, peeled

1/4 ripe avocado

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup raw spinach

3 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1/2 teaspoon flaxmeal

2 cups cold water

DIRECTIONS

Mix everything in a blender until smooth.

Enjoy immediately.
