HEY. My name is Vanessa and I am an addict of all things related to fitness, food, fashion, health!

I started this blog due to my passion for fitness and health, and my desire to help others who either donโ€™t know where to begin working out, or donโ€™t have the money to spend on a personal trainer.

The past year I have been working out 4-6 times a week, 1-2 times a day. Either Iโ€™m running in the morning before work, training at the gym, or at home doing yoga and hip hop dancing! Sinse February 2014 I lost about 34 lbs in weight. All this with dedication, determination, passion, and a solid routine are the key factors that helped me to get back on myself!

I love to cook, so check out the food and recipes for some exciting and healthy meals. I also love fashion!!!
