HEY. My name is Vanessa and I am an addict of all things related to fitness, food, fashion, health!
I started this blog due to my passion for fitness and health, and my desire to help others who either don’t know where to begin working out, or don’t have the money to spend on a personal trainer.
The past year I have been working out 4-6 times a week, 1-2 times a day. Either I’m running in the morning before work, training at the gym, or at home doing yoga and hip hop dancing! Sinse February 2014 I lost about 34 lbs in weight. All this with dedication, determination, passion, and a solid routine are the key factors that helped me to get back on myself!
I love to cook, so check out the food and recipes for some exciting and healthy meals. I also love fashion!!!
